This 4,500 sf tenant improvement was completed in a historical building located in the Pioneer Square area. The improvements included the construction of a sound room for the resting of Gibson amplifiers and guitars, sound glass installed around existing structural steel frames and the installation of a cork floor. A kitchen/break room was constructed with upper and lower custom cabinets, dishwasher, and double sink. Cooling and heating VAV boxes and exposed spiral ductwork were installed, as well as in- direct lighting, and specialty lighting at reception area and fire alarm.
Finished included 6 accent paint colors, hardwood flooring throughout the space, carpet over pad in offices and VCT in kitchen & storage.
